Erika Council's biscuits started as a Sunday supper pop-up in 2016 and now run to thousands a week, with a Bib Gourmand behind them. Weekend walk-ins are capped at parties of eight. For larger Saturday or Sunday parties, the restaurant tells guests to call ahead.
